At the helm of Vital Management Group, our founder, Jeff Ames, brings a lot of grit and passion towards everything he does. With 10 years in Professional Baseball and 5 years in the oil and gas business he has experiences not everyone possesses. Hard work and dedication no matter what he does is always at the forefront. Jeff has been a driving force behind the company's mission to redefine management practices while preserving Americas brightest and most pivital organizations.

Jeff has a family of 4, his wife Shelbi Ames, his daughter Haley, and his son Archer. Family is a very big part of why Jeff started this VMG. The vision for the company is one that aims to be a staple in the private markets for many generations to come.
